PETALING JAYA: While her month-old daughter just a few feet away, a 23-year-old mother was strangled to death in her own bedroom in Mentari Court here Wednesday.
Police said the woman dead was found by her husband on the floor of their apartment bedroom at about 8pm Wednesday, semi-naked and with her hands and feet tied up.
