Man gunned down in Penang in third shooting incident

GEORGE TOWN: An unidentified man was gunned down at point blank range at the Scotland Road/York Road junction, in a third shooting incident on Monday. Another occupant in the car managed to escape.

The man, in his 50s, was slowing his car, a Honda Odyssey, near a traffic light at about 9.30pm when two assailants on a motorcycle rode next to the car and opened fire at least seven times.
