KUALA LUMPUR: Barisan Nasional will make an informed decision on its participation in the by-elections for Permatang Pauh and Chempaka, said Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak.
Najib said this would only be determined after the coalition weighed all the facts and considerations.
