MH370: Relatives decry at way declaration made

They had called for a press conference, which was interrupted by a thunderstorm, at a hotel here to announce their rejection of the declaration that the disappearance of the Malaysia Airlines plane was an accident and all on board presumed dead.

The Department of Civil Aviation for the first time on Thursday formally declared that all 239 passengers and crew are presumed dead.
