KUALA LUMPUR: A video allegedly depicting an Islamic State (IS) terrorist preparing to behead a captive was screened for delegates at the Umno general assembly by vice-president Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi (pic), stressing the need for a new anti terrorism law.
"Delegates, we don't want this to happen in our country. We will let the Prime Minister form a new act.
