Cops arrest neighbour, accomplice in alleged murder of elderly woman


KUALA LUMPUR: Police arrested a man and his accomplice, who allegedly bound, gagged, robbed and murdered their 74-year-old neighbour at the Sri Selangor flat in Jalan San Peng. 

The body of Sinapili Sundram was found under a pile of cloth in her bedroom, with her legs and hands bound and a piece of plastic lodged in her mouth. Her face was found bloodied and bruised, according to the police on Friday.
