KUALA LUMPUR: The Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Ministry is proposing a special court to handle cases of unscrupulous traders raising prices of goods arbitrarily after the GST is implemented in April next year.
Deputy Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Bashah Md Hanipah said in the Dewan Rakyat that the court will hear the cases as soon as possible to ensure traders do not take advantage of the GST.
