KUALA LUMPUR: Two businessmen were jointly charged at the Sessions Court with two counts of making false claims amounting to over RM1.1mil four years ago.
Datuk Koay Teng Keong, 56, and Teh Yean Teong, 51, were charged under Section 18 of the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 and Section 34 of the Penal Code.
