PETALING JAYA: The Oktoberfest festival at One Utama on Friday was moved from the mall's ground floor open-air car park to a section in the fourth floor parking lot.
At 8.30pm, people were still lining up to gain entry to join some 3,000 already in the premises for the opening celebrations of the two-day Oktoberfest.
