KUALA LUMPUR: Traffic flow along the North-South Expressway (Plus) towards the city is reported to be smooth as of 9am Monday.
"Traffic is smooth and under control along the North-South Expressway Central Link (Elite), and Malaysia-Singapore Second Link (Linkedua)," a Plus Expressways Sdn Bhd traffic control centre spokesman said when contacted.
