Flash floods caused by blocked drains and heavy rain

KUALA LUMPUR: Massive development could have caused the blockage of drains which led to flash floods in several parts of the city.

The floods on Wednesday left hundreds of motorists stranded during the evening rush hour as their vehicles were partially submerged in a parking lot along Jalan Pinang.
