PUTRAJAYA: The estate of the late Karpal Singh has moved to clear the lawyer’s name over a criminal conviction by filing a petition at the Court of Appeal here.
Lawyer Ramkarpal Singh confirmed that a petition had been filed, and the estate was also applying to have Karpal’s widow Gurmit Kaur act as the substitute appellant.
