KUALA LUMPUR: Traffic flow from the federal capital heading north and south on the North-South Expressway is reported to be smooth as at 9am Monday.
A spokesman for Plus Expressway Traffic Control said traffic heading south from the Sungai Besi toll plaza was reported to be flowing smoothly.
