KUALA LUMPUR: After jumping bail and disappearing for three years during his trial, a former Felda settler was charged again in the Sessions Court Friday on 16 counts of raping a teenage girl, then aged 14 years four months, in 2007.
Che Ghazali Abdul, 59, who was charged for the same offences on April 6, 2007, pleaded not guilty on all counts after the charges were read out before Judge Azwarnida Affandi.
