Mah: Nurse pulled plug to save another patient's life

IPOH: The Raja Permaisuri Bainun Hospital nurse who purportedly caused the death of a 76-year-old woman after removing the electro-cardiogram wires and drip hose hooked to her had used “professional judgement” to save another patient’s life in March.

Perak Health Committee chairman Datuk Dr Mah Hang Soon said the nurse who removed the wires and drip hose from Agnes Liu Soo Thye did what she needed to do during an emergency in order to save a patient.
