Former Kelantan police chief Jalaluddin back in Sabah as top cop

KOTA KINABALU: Former Kelantan police chief Deputy Comm Datuk Jalaluddin Abdul Rahman will be back in town, taking over as Sabah’s Police Commissioner from Datuk Hamza Taib here.

“I have been in Sabah years before, in fact I was here in the 90s when I was still with the marine police for the various sea operations, so I think my experience and tenure of service in the police force will help me well,” he said after the handing over of duties at the police headquarters in Kepayan near here yesterday.
