KUALA LUMPUR: Special education teacher Hidayat Mohamed, 35, pleaded not guilty at the Selayang Sessions Court over a seditious publication in his Facebook account on Thaipusam day.
Hidayat, who is attached to a school in Segambut, was said to have committed the offence at his house at Taman Raintree in Batu Caves at 11.13am on Jan 17.
