JOHOR BARU: The windows of many imported foreign cars are already tinted during production with levels that are higher than the permitted percentage allowed by authorities here, said MCA deputy president Datuk Dr Wee Ka Siong.
This, he said, would cause problems for car owners who were forced to fork out money just to get their tinted windows redone to the new specifications.
