Video of mum whipping alleged rapist goes viral

KOTA BARU: A shocking video of a woman publicly whipping the alleged rapist of her 13-year-old daughter has gone viral and she is likely to be charged with taking the law into her own hands.

The 37-second clip shows the woman flogging the man whose hands and legs are tied up and pants pulled down to expose the buttocks.
