Thief makes off with 18 AirAsia bunting, reward offered for return

PETALING JAYA: AirAsia’s deals are so enticing even the bunting promoting the airline’s discounted fares were stolen.

On Monday night, a thief made off with 18 AirAsia buntings, advertising destinations including India and China.

Have you seen the bunting?

The bunting were last seen at AirAsia KLIA2 check in counters.

According to the post retweeted by AirAsia’s Twitter account, a ‘handsome reward’ will be given to those who return the missing items in addition to ‘countless gratitude and love’ from everyone at AirAsia.

When called, the airline confirmed that the theft took place and denied the incident as a joke or an advertising move.
