Terengganu crisis: Fresh elections best course of action, says Kuala Terengganu MP

PETALING JAYA: PAS Kuala Terengganu MP Datuk Raja Kamarul Bahrin Shah Raja Ahmad has said that the fate of Terengganu ought to be left to the people, and suggested fresh elections as a solution to the crisis that erupted with the resignation of former Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Ahmad Said from Umno on Monday.

“Fresh elections will ensure more stability and certainty in the state. It will also be more fair to the people,” he said told The Star Online on Tuesday.
