KOTA KINABALU: Twelve illegal immigrants were held in Ops Tayang coordinated by the Eastern Sabah Security Command (Esscom) in Pulau Mabul, Semporna early Friday morning.
Esscom director-general Datuk Mohammad Mentek said the men, aged between 15 and 47, were detained for failing to produce valid personal identification documents.
