Natural source: Water rationing in the Klang Valley has pushed some folks to do their washing at the Ulu Klang waterfall.

SECTION 114 of the Water Services Industry Act 2006 (Wasia) will soon be invoked to ensure water security and sustainability for residents of Selangor, Kuala Lumpur and Putrajaya.

This clause is the final piece of the jigsaw needed to jumpstart the restructuring of the water services industry in the two states, which has been caught in an impasse while the people have had to suffer through dry taps. But will this move really end their water woes?
