KAJANG: Political parties have been told to apply for permits before organising any ceramah for the Kajang by-election.
Selangor police chief Senior Deputy Comm Datuk Mohd Shukri Dahlan has also advised the parties to conduct their campaign in a peaceful manner and adhere to rules under section 24 (b) of the Election Offences Act 1954.
