KUALA LUMPUR: A welfare home in Taman Gembira was thrown into disarray following news of tomorrow’s water rationing, with residents scrambling to store what water they could.

Persatuan Kebajikan Kanak-Kanak Istimewa Insan (Wilayah Perseku­tuan, Kuala Lumpur & Selangor) founder Dr Collin Tiew said they would be hard pressed maintaining hygiene at the home.
