PETALING JAYA: The resignation letter which was received by the Perak State Assembly Speaker's office, did not originate from S.Kesavan, confirmed Datuk Seri S.K. Devamany.
According to the speaker, an unknown person handed the letter to his clerk at his office at 2.40pm Tuesday, and not the Hutan Melintang assemblyman.
