Company registration enough, say Comango groups


PETALING JAYA: Groups under the Coalition of Malaysian NGOs (Comango) are debating the Home Ministry’s need for them to be registered under the Registrar of Societies (ROS), adding that being under the Companies Act was enough.

Some such as Tenaganita executive director Dr Irene Fernandez said groups did not need ROS certification just to come under Comango.
