BATU CAVES: Single mother Rajani Rati, 59, managed to escape a fiery end, but was left with only the clothes on her back and a house key, after fire ripped through two houses at the Kg Sungai Kertas Rumah Panjang here Thursday.
Rajanis however, was not upset but grateful because she was still alive life and that her son, Mohd Firdaus Haji Mokhtar, 25, was at work when the fire occurred.
