THE Terengganu state government must explain the recent spate of collapsing roof incidents throughout the state following the latest incident at Kolej Universiti Tati on Monday.
Kuala Terengganu MP Datuk Raja Kamarul Bahrin said this was the third incident to happen with no action being taken against the contractors concerned.
