Cosplay killing: Suspect’s vivid details aroused my suspicion, says ex-cop


PETALING JAYA: The suspect in the murder of 15-year old Ng Yuk Tim broke down and confessed to Selangor Community Policing Association (COPS) founder Kuan Chee Heng when he was unable to account for discrepancies in his chronology of events.

Kuan, a 50-year-old former Royal Malaysian Police constable, said the 23-year-old suspect confessed after being asked to give details of where he was and whether anyone saw him with Ng between 1pm and 3pm on Oct 21, the date she was last seen alive.
