LAHAD DATU: Three masked men armed with a pistol and two machetes robbed a goldsmith's shop here and escaped with jewellery worth about RM40,000 in the town on Monday.
In the 10.10am incident, the gunman trained the weapon at the shop proprietor's head while his accomplices emptied the glass showcases of their jewellery and gems.
