KUALA LUMPUR: Twenty-three Nepalese security guards were detained by the Putrajaya Immigration Department in an operation at a shopping centre on Thursday, for various offences.
Clad in their security uniforms and holding 'walkie talkies', the guards, aged between 20 and 40, were ferried in two vans to the Putrajaya immigration office to facilitate investigations.
