IPOH: DAP vice-chairman M. Kulasegaran has urged the Government to replace the Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) examination with matriculation courses.
He said this would resolve the problem of STPM top scorers being unable to secure places in matriculation colleges for years.
