Body of man with hands and feet bound found in rubbish pile

PUTRAJAYA: The body of a man, with its feet and hands bound, was found on a rubbish pile in the sleepy village of Sg Merab Luar in Sepang Saturday morning.

It is understood that the body, wrapped in a black plastic bag, was found on top of a rubbish pile by the side of the village road at around 10.45am by villagers, who later informed the police of the grisly discovery.
