KUALA LUMPUR: Two housing developers are suing Selangor Mentri Besar Tan Sri Abdul Khalid Ibrahim and six others for alleged wrongful conduct in forfeiting and acquiring of their land.
High Court judge Rosilah Yop on Friday ordered the defendants to file their statements. She set May 13 for case management.
