Psy's Penang stint is at Najib's invitation, says Oh

GEORGE TOWN: Not a single sen in taxpayer money will be spent to bring South Korean superstar Psy to Penang, state Barisan Nasional Youth chief Oh Tong Keong said.

“It is 100% sponsored by local corporations,” he said, adding that the organisers would only pay for odds and ends like allowances for volunteers.
