TWO sisters who have been using the susuk to maintain their beauty have decided to get rid of them as the practice is against Islamic teachings, reported Harian Metro.
The sisters, known only as Lisa, 30, and Lorina, 35, said they got a bomoh to perform the procedure, which requires needles to be inserted in parts of the body, when they were 15.
