PETALING JAYA: Villages in the rural areas will see the implementation of a new initiative under the Rural and Regional Development Ministry called, the 21st Century Village (21CV).
This initiative will begin next year during the second phase of the Government Transformation Programme (GTP) under the Rural Development National Key Results Area (NKRA).
