IN the morning hustle and bustle of the Kuala Lumpur wholesale market in Selayang, the last thing anyone would suspect is a thriving heroin distribution mill headed by foreigners.
A Kosmo! report revealed that the operation, which only lasts an hour from 6am to 7am each day, is done in the marketplace's busy parking lot and the vegetable loading bays.
