Gate thieves make highway getaway

IPOH: Two men suspected of stealing a steel gate managed to elude three police officers who chased them.

One of the policemen had chanced upon the culprits in the middle of their act at around 4pm yesterday and trailed them, said Tapah OCPD Supt Somsak Din Keliau.
