KUALA TERENGGANU: Spectacular design and luck enabled the Kuala Terengganu City Council to clinch first prize at the inaugural float competition here.

Held in conjunction with Visit Terengganu Year 2013, the city council defeated 13 other teams with its “City by the Sea” concept to bag RM20,000 and a trophy.
