KOTA KINABALU: It is only a matter of time before a Royal Commission of Inquiry (RCI) begins its probe into Sabah's unusual population growth and claims that foreigners were getting Malaysian citizenship through dubious means, a senior state minister said.
Deputy Chief Minister Tan Sri Joseph Pairin Kitingan said he anticipated that the appointment letters would be issued soon to the five-member panel.
