PAS may spare Nasha


PETALING JAYA: Despite stirring a hornet’s nest by suggesting that PAS should review its position in the Pakatan Rakyat following an impasse over the hudud issue, former deputy president Nasharudin Mat Isa may be let off the hook by his party.

The Syura Council, the highest policy-making body in the party, may not even discuss his position when it meets tomorrow although there had been speculation that it would decide the fate of the Bachok MP.
