KOTA BARU: Bank Simpanan Nasional (BSN) has allocated RM4.75mil in business tithe payment from its profit for the financial year 2011.
Its Islamic Banking Department vice-president II, Mohd Zulkefli Mohd Daud said the tithes were handed out to deserving recipients and spent for the purchase of hearses for selected mosques nationwide.
