Light aircraft crashes, trainee pilot killed (Update)

PONTIAN: A single-seater light aircraft crashed into an oil palm plantation killing the trainee pilot on Sunday.

Singaporean Samuel Ling Shi Min, 25, from a flying club based in Senai, died on the spot.
