CHINA'S national treasures kept at the Beijing Palace Museum will be highlighted at a lecture by one the country's leading ceramic experts.

Wang Liying (pic), secretary-general of the Beijing Palace Museum, will present her research findings on the extraordinary quality of certain ancient ceramics kept at the museum during a public lecture to be held at the Bank Negara Museum & Art Gallery on July 20. The event is organised by the South-East Asian Ceramic Society, West Malaysia Chapter (SEACS), in collaboration with Bank Negara Malaysia.
