KOTA KINABALU: A former Keningau Henry Gurney School director and three of his relatives were charged in the magistrate’s court with assaulting two men in a sundry shop.
Jaikol Gubal @ Samson, 55, and relatives Joel Gubal, 44, Noel O’Nell Joel, 24 and Joey Joel, 20, pleaded not guilty before magistrate Mohd Hafizi Abdul Halim to two charges of assault on two men on April 29, 2011 in a sundry shop in Keningau.
