PUTRAJAYA: Applications for distribution of inheritance, worth RM2mil and below, under the Small Estates (Distribution) Act 1955 will be resolved within three months by end of the year.
Natural Resources and Environment Minister Datuk Seri Douglas Ungah Embas said that until last April, 73.3% of the applications were settled, with an average of 4,000 to 5,000 applications received every month through the www.jkptg.gov.my online system.
