PUTRAJAYA: The Court of Appeal here has upheld the Kuala Lumpur High Court’s decision to deny a bid by a clerk to cross-examine a former home minister over the seizure of eight compact discs that contained the word Allah.
However the panel led by Justice Abdul Wahab Patail partly allowed for Jill Ireland Lawrence Bill’s appeal for the Jakim guidelines to be used in the trial.
