KUANTAN: Road Transport Department (RTD) director-general Datuk Solah Mat Hassan announced Wednesday that "mysikap" the department's computerised system would be fully operational from June.
Solah explained that "mysikap", an upgraded version of their existing system, had a higher capacity and enhanced security features.
